Kerri Danskin is a NY/NJ licensed psychologist in private practice in Princeton, New Jersey and consults with nonprofit legal services organizations. She specializes in interpersonal relationships and emotional functioning, particularly among high-achieving individuals. Building from the research she conducted during her doctoral studies–which focused on caregiver-child attachment relationships, adult patterns of interpersonal relatedness, and psychotherapy process–she has served clients in New York hospitals, including the VA hospital in Brooklyn, Columbia University Medical Center, and Bellevue Hospital. More recently she spent several years working at Counseling and Psychological Services (CPS) at Princeton University where she applied her training and experience to working with a new population of ambitious, high achieving young adults. Dr. Danskin has joined Dr. Evces in presenting trainings on vicarious trauma and resilience for clients including Legal Services of New Jersey and the New Jersey Children in Court conference, in addition to presenting at the International Refugee Assistance Program. She contributes regularly to the development of Workhaven’s training materials for its full client base.
