
Ryan Lester, MPH
For the last 15 years, Ryan Lester, MPH, has served in the public sector, in non-profit executive leadership roles, and has a successful history of entrepreneurship. He has previously held positions as Treasurer and President-Elect for the National Association of Chronic Disease Directors and the chair of the Olathe Housing Authority Board. The learnings from this unique set of public, private and non-profit experiences has led to an approachable and effective professional coaching style. He received his Bachelor’s of Science in Environmental Studies from the University of Kansas and a Master’s in Public Health (concentration in Public Health Administration) from the University of Kansas Medical Center. In addition, he has an Adjunct Professor appointment at Washburn University for Population Health.
Ryan specializes in coaching values driven leadership, creating diverse and effective teams from a place of cultural humility, stress management, workplace culture, and explorations of situational interpretation. He believes that Leaders who see better lead better.
